By booking an appointment or using kinetixbodyscience.com, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Kinetix Body Science provides sports massage, deep tissue massage, and related soft-tissue therapy services. Our services support recovery, performance, and general wellness. They are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician.

Booking and payment

Appointments are booked through our Vagaro booking system, by phone, or in person. Payment is processed at the time of service or per the terms set in the Vagaro booking flow.

Cancellation policy

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion. Race-week and event-prep slots are in high demand; please give as much notice as possible.

Health and safety

You agree to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, medications, or recent surgeries that may affect your session. We reserve the right to decline service if we believe a session would be contraindicated for your safety.

Conduct

Kinetix Body Science is a professional therapeutic environment. Inappropriate behavior of any kind will result in immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinetix Body Science and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect on the date posted above. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
